This is a true English Toffee Recipe: g dark brown soft sugar g caster sugar g butter g golden syrup ml double cream ml full fat milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Ta. Now the fun part begins. You just need to cook the sugar and butter mixture until it turns the color of peanut butter. It should take about minutes depending on your stove. So start stirring!
